The Greenville Boys Bowling Team traveled to Poelking Woodman in Kettering today for their sectional meet. 29 teams were competing in today's competition. The pattern was tough, but Greenville started off in 8th place after game 1. Other teams were able to figure things out, but Greenville lost some ground and landed at 15th after game 2. Game 3 was a little better, but we still lost a position to put us in 16th.
The boys came out with a strong, early performance in the bakers and moved up to 13th, but everything fell apart in the last 3 bakers and they ended up tied for 16th. While the team didn't qualify, Conner Leas did finish in 4th place as an individual qualifier with games of 225, 170 and 172. Be sure to wish him good luck as he represents Greenville at districts next Friday in Beavercreek. GO WAVE!
