The Lady Wave golf team traveled to WGC Golf Course on September 8th to play a match with the Xenia Lady Buccaneers. The Lady Wave won the match 194-241. The Lady Wave were led by Vera Cox with a 44, Sofia Chrisman with a 46, Taylor Trissel with a 49 and Lyla Brinley with a 55. Also playing for the Lady Wave were Payton Fourman with a 57 and Kennedy Schoen with a 61.

The girls played well today. I am very happy with the way they played. The match did not start until 5:30 and we almost did not get it completed. We were using the flashlights on our phones for the last foursome to see the green on the last hole.

The Lady Wave is now 8-2 overall and 4-1 in conference play.
